evenko and Live Nation are thrilled to announced Bryan Adams’ 1st Cross Canada Tour in over 20 years. He won’t be just ”Waking Up the Neighbours” – he’ll be waking up the whole damn country!

Not since the release of the multi-platinum Waking up the Neighbours album and 1992′s Waking Up the World tour, has Adams gone coast to coast in his home country – 20 cities – 20 shows!

“Bryan Adams has singularly had one of the biggest, most commanding impacts on the Canadian music industry. We are thrilled to be able to bring Bryan and his band to so many cities across Canada to celebrate such a legacy of hits and share them with so many people. They are going to be remarkable nights, each and every one.”, said Paul Haagenson, President of Live Nation Canada.

Adams has been performing his critically acclaimed “Bare Bones” acoustic show in recent years that offered a new found appreciation and perspective to what many consider to be some of the most beloved songs in pop/rock music. This tour marks a grand return to his full band, arena rock show, alongside his longtime band, including guitarist Keith Scott, drummer Mickey Curry, Keyboardist Gary Breit and bassist Norm Fisher.

As he did 20 years ago, Adams kicked off the tour to sold out crowds in the UK,

“It was a greatest hit of a set that delighted with its scope and delivery.” (Liverpool)

“Never mind Waking Up the Neighbours, Bryan Adams …woke up the Arena …classic Adams..sheer class throughout.” (Newcastle)

“Judging by his latest live show there’ll be no sleep for the next 20-years …Adams has the best rock voice on the planet” (Sheffield)

The Canadian tour kicks off April 11th in St. John’s, Newfoundland with One Night Only Concerts across Canada, wrapping on June 22nd in Winnipeg.

This first cross Canada tour in 20 years will mark a legendary homecoming for our nation’s concert stages by our nation’s greatest rock ‘n’ roll artist – Bryan Adams.
